G-KMMM-ES General Knowledge Management Maturity Model Expert System

G-KMMM-ES is an intelligent expert system enables organizational self-assessment of knowledge management maturity against G-KMMM’s levels of maturity, a five-levels maturity model for KM, which focuses on assessing the maturity of people, process and technology aspects of KM development in organizations, that will support the organization continued journey toward knowledge management excellence and business impact.

The system provides the following services:
